Not that anyone cares but I have been in South Africa helping monkeys. I went on safari, rode elephants, jumped off a cliff, the usual stuff.

...and I am off to South Africa today. Monkey rehab for the injured and orpaned (sp?). So I wont be here for the next four weeks if you want to know where I am. See you in April.

March 2nd at 2030 hours I will (theoretically) be on a plane flying out to South Africa to work in a monkey rehab centre. Just after my 20th birthday it will be a good way to kick off my 20th revolution of the sun. I have a few more bits and bobs to collect, got my injections for rabies and the such set up, malaria pills ordered, place reserved at the centre and all my insurance is sorted. This is either going to be the greates thing I have ever done or a collosal wast of money.

Also I wont just be tending to mokeys, I will be looking after spiders, birds and reptiles as well. Making habitats, planting veg to feed the animals and other things.

I will either be near the Kruger national park or in it, not sure but what does that matter, as long as I get to wear my safari hat I will be happy.

Every one I meet keep say how they are jelous of me which is nice as I never have anything, material or physically, they want. Another constant reminder is how this is such a heuge projectand how being so far away from home on my first solo project must be intimidating. Yes it is the first time I have been away from home alone but I'm not worried at the mo, although I can feel a panic attack lingering in the back of my skull screamin "This is to far Zach, you should start of small like going to Brighton first, not change fucking contenent, YOUR GOING TO END UP IN A SHIT LOT OF TROUBLE"

But I can ignore it for now, I'm more concerned about hitting 20. I feel like and old man who has wasted his life, which is why I am embarking on the insane quest in the first place

Ok, I dont make posts often because I feel this is slightly pointless as no one reads these.

Collapsed at work today, I was feeling weak, then I felt too hot and the need to vomit, and as I turned around to walk somewhere my leg wasnt there to support me. I lost my eye sight briefly and when I got it back it was like a visual effect filter had been put over my eyes. I was sweaty and apparantly my lips turned white. All a bit disconcerting.

My 360 is working and I have become addicted to Guitar hero 2 and The Orange box which has been out for a few weeks. I LOVE portal, it is so good it isn't funny. The concept, mechanics, puzzles, it is so refreshingly new and different from any of my other games.

My South Africa project Is close to completion. I have booked my flight, got my insurance, reserved my place at the monkey rehab centre, sent my passport of to be renewed, all that is left is to get my vaccinations sorted out and pick up the odds and ends like mosquito net and first aid kit and I am sorted.

Ok I got my Xbox 360 back not long ago from being repaired and it came back worse than when I sent it off. First it couldnt read any disk I put in (original problem) but now I get no image and no sound. "2 hours of rigirous testing" my arse.

On a lighter note I have decided when I want to go to South Africa for the monkey rehab project of mine. At the end of Febuary, just after I hit 20, to mark the start of a new adult me, a more daring and adventrous me that wont analyse everything quite so much (that has been a big niche for depression on my part), meet new people and try to hook up with a girl.

Why are you on my profile? Well it doesnt matter why but I may as well introduce myself. Im ever-vigilant or e-v as most call me. My real name is Zach Morris (yes like the bloke from Saved by the bell, I have heard it all before). I enjoy reading quite a bit, I own a 360 (out of action after 3 months) and a cube (still going after 4 years), devout pastafarian, single (ladies) and generaly quite pleasant to know. I have a shit job that I am unhappy with but I'm planning on going to south Africa to help with mokey rehabilitation.

Also you might have seen this in my forum sig. Yes that is me getting done over while doing some really poor tai chi ( dont use this vid as an example of my abilities). The chavy one throwing the brick is John and the annoying camera man is Ben who is the muppet who spelt Tai chi wrong on the Youtube vid.
